We’re looking for a technical Virtual Assistant who’s a beast at building automations, integrating tools, and making workflows run without human touch.

You’ll work closely with our CTO, AI engineers, and growth team to build internal systems, deploy agents using Relevance AI, and streamline ops using platforms like Zapier, n8n, GoHighLevel, Airtable, and Slack.

This isn’t a “VA to book meetings” role. It’s for someone who wants to become a low-code automation ninja at one of the hottest AI startups right now.

🔧 What You’ll Do - Build and maintain Zapier and n8n automation workflows

• Deploy and manage Relevance AI agent workflows using flows, prompts, triggers, and variables
• Set up automation bridges between tools like GoHighLevel, Slack, Twilio, Airtable, Google Sheets, and CRMs
• Manage and update internal SOPs and automation documentation
• QA test automations and troubleshoot bugs or failures in logic
• Launch workflows that power cold outreach, lead routing, appointment setting, and more
• Work with senior engineers to turn manual tasks into automated systems
• Help manage internal AI bots, chat flows, and calendar integrations

Requirements

• 2+ years as a Virtual Assistant or Automation Specialist
• Strong working knowledge of Zapier, n8n, Make.com, or similar tools
• You’ve used automation to connect CRMs, email, Slack, databases, etc.
• You’re resourceful — you can figure things out, read documentation, and follow logic
• Experience with AI tools like Relevance AI, ChatGPT, or LangChain (big plus)
• Strong English (written + verbal) and ability to document your work clearly
• Obsessive about clean logic, smart triggers, and systems that don’t break
• Bonus: experience with GoHighLevel, Airtable, webhooks, and APIs
