Ai And Reporting Lead | Wesfarmers | Australia Be part of a growing technology community across the Wesfarmers GroupFlexible, supportive work environment with work from home optionsFull-time permanent role based in Perth CBDAbout the teamAt Corporate Office, our Technology team is responsible for providing an efficient, secure and stable IT infrastructure and also supports knowledge sharing and procurement opportunities across the Wesfarmers Group.What you’ll doReporting to our Head of Technology Strategy and Delivery, this role will lead the development and execution of the GenAI strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will design and deploy AI models and frameworks which enhance operational efficiency and data-driven insights.Key responsibilities include:Identify opportunities where GenAI can drive automation, improve reporting, and enhance decision-makingDevelop and execute an AI and Reporting roadmap that leverages emerging technologies and aligns to long-term business objectivesDevelop AI models and frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven insightsOwn and manage the AI-driven reporting ecosystem, ensuring timely and accurate data insightsOversee the integration of GenAI-powered business intelligence tools to drive advanced analytics and automationEnsure ethical AI deployment and compliance with regulatory and corporate governance frameworksEngage Data Governance Specialist and data owners to source, classify and protect data assets from source to solutionWhat you’ll need Ability to deploy MLOps and AI model lifecycle managementKnowledge of vector databases and AI search methodologiesAbility to develop AI-driven chatbot and automation frameworksAbility to convert strategic initiatives into a prioritised programAbility to define value drivers and implement measuresProficiency in data visualisation and BI toolsStrong stakeholder management and influencing skillsKnowledge of emerging technologies to drive innovationAbout Wesfarmers As one of Australia’s largest listed companies, we’re proud of our longstanding contribution to Australians.
