To support this, we are looking for a motivated and curious individual to join our team as an AI Analyst.

Role Overview:

As an AI Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying opportunities where AI can support and streamline operations across various departments. You’ll work closely with teams to understand their processes, research and evaluate available AI tools to support and improve workflows, and assist in the integration and onboarding of AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with different departments to analyze workflows and identify tasks/processes that could benefit from AI support
• Research and evaluate AI tools and platforms that address specific needs (e.g., automation, data analysis, customer support, content generation)
• Present findings with clear reports and recommendations to stakeholders
• Assist in the implementation, onboarding, and testing of AI tools and platforms
• Stay current with trends and advancements in AI and related technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Information Systems, Data Science, AI, or similar), or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Curiosity and willingness to explore new tools and technologies
• Excellent communication skills – ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and applications (no coding required, but a plus)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, automation platforms (Zapier, Make), or data analytics software
• Previous internship or project experience involving process optimization or technology implementation
