AI Agent Developer - Contract to Hire

Company Description

Passion Lab ❤️ is an AI & automation laboratory based in London. The lab is dedicated to aiding the adoption and implementation of AI agents and automation pipelines for SMEs by leveraging LLMs, established interfaces (eg. Whatsapp) and other APIs.

Role Description

This is a full/part-time role for a AI Agent Developer at Passion Lab. You will be responsible for AI agent development, as well as advising on the technical strategy and implementation. This role is hybrid, with an expectation to occasionally be in the office.

Qualifications

Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C++ and Python, as well as connected frameworks, like LangChain

Experience with agile & scrum methodologies and version control systems

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field ideal
