POSITION OVERVIEW:
As an Account Manager at Yuma AI, you’ll play a strategic role in managing and growing our portfolio of existing accounts across Europe (and a few in the US and Australia). Your core mission: ensure client satisfaction, drive upsell opportunities, and contribute to building the Account Management function in a fast-moving startup environment.
This position involves cross-functional collaboration with our Product, Support, Growth, and Sales teams, and is ideal for someone with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
The position is full-time, offering a hybrid office-remote position, and requires fluent English to communicate with clients globally.
