Position Overview
Our client is seeking a forward-thinking AI Integration Specialist to join their team and help drive the future of media and marketing optimization. The AI Integration Specialist will be responsible for identifying, integrating, and optimizing AI-driven solutions to enhance media workflows, improve campaign performance, and strengthen client engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Integration & Implementation
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI tools across media production, distribution, and marketing channels.
- Automate repetitive tasks in content creation, ad placement, and audience targeting.
- Build AI-powered dashboards and reporting systems for campaign analysis.
- Marketing Optimization
- Use AI to analyze consumer data, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights.
- Enhance personalization in marketing campaigns through machine learning and predictive modeling.
- Optimize ad spend and ROI with AI-based targeting and bid management tools.
- Collaboration & Consulting
- Partner with creative, media, and strategy teams to embed AI solutions into existing workflows
- Educate internal teams and clients on emerging AI technologies and their practical applications.
- Act as a thought leader, keeping the company ahead of the curve in the AI/media space.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML tools in a media or marketing environment.
- Strong technical expertise with platforms such as OpenAI, Google AI, TensorFlow, or equivalent.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Experience integrating AI into MarTech stacks (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities for client-facing engagements.
- Preferred Skills
- Experience with generative AI for content creation (text, video, and audio).
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising and AI-based bidding platforms.
- Knowledge of APIs and custom AI integrations.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, consulting-driven environments.
